Bangla has been added to Copilot
Microsoft is adding several new languages including Bengali to its generative AI chatbot CoPilot. These include Hindi, Tamil and Telugu. According to company sources, the languages have been added in the latest updated version of the chatbot. News Gadgets360.
Currently, generative AI chatbots like ChatGPT or Gemini are well known to get any information based on conversation. Tech giant Microsoft brought a large language based chatbot named Copilot in 2023 to show their position in this market. But until now, no prompts and answers were available in any language of the Indian subcontinent.
After the latest update users will be able to query Copilot for any information in four local languages. Similarly, Copilot can also reply in these languages. However, no details are known about which other languages have been added in the update.
It should be noted that currently Copilot can carry on conversation in about 27 languages.
